Is my data safe?
Yes. Images are cleaned in your browser and never leave your device. Videos, PDFs and RAW photos are cleaned on our server in Germany over an encrypted connection, and deleted as soon as you have your clean copy (or after 15 minutes). See our Privacy Policy.
What file formats are supported?
Images: JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC. Videos: MP4, MOV, M4V, 3GP, MKV and WebM. PDFs. RAW photos: CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, RAF, RW2 and DNG.
What are the usage limits?
- Images: 3 a day without an account, 10 a day with a free account, unlimited on Pro and Business. Pro cleans 10 at once, Business 50; free accounts one at a time
- Videos, PDFs and RAW photos: 3 a month on a free account, 100 on Pro, 10,000 on Business
