Refund Policy

Annual plans — 30 day money back

If you are on an annual plan (Pro or Business) and change your mind within 30 days of a payment, we will refund that payment in full and cancel your subscription straight away. You do not need to give a reason.

The 30 days run from each payment, including renewals. So if your plan renews a year from now and you decide within 30 days of that renewal that you no longer want it, the same applies.

When we refund you, your paid plan ends at that point. Your account stays open and keeps working on the free plan.

Annual plans — after 30 days

After 30 days we do not refund the remainder of the year. You keep your full plan until the year you paid for runs out, and nothing is charged after that.

Monthly plans

Monthly payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time, and you keep your plan until the end of the month you have already paid for. We will not charge you again after you cancel. This includes the payment taken when you move from Pro to Business.

How to cancel or get a refund

Cancel from your subscription page at any time. If you are on the annual plan and still within your 30 days, cancelling there will refund you automatically — you do not need to email anyone or ask.

If something goes wrong, or you think you are owed a refund and did not get one, contact us and we will sort it out.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry it over a few days and email you. If it never succeeds, the subscription ends and your account moves to the free plan. You are not charged for a period you did not get.

Changing between monthly and annual

If you move from monthly to annual part way through a month, the time you have already paid for is taken off the annual price, so you only pay the difference. Your year starts that day. If you then want a refund, the 30 days run from that payment and we refund what you actually paid.
